What does it mean? I wanna know what he was thinking before he got this. What thoughts was he having .. like maybe he thought .. damn I love Janet how can I show her how dedicated I am to her and our relationship without marrying her? Or maybe he was high and though .. oh shit how cool would it be to get Janet tattoed to my side .. ha ha snort giggle fart pass out .. lol. Whatever it was he must’ve had a convincing argument cause he went with it. This is what it looks like up close ..

I’m not sure I'm with the spiritual theme behind this and I can’t for the life of me understand the meaning behind this. Perhaps the spiritual epithet means something to them that I can’t won’t understand so I'll let them have that .. but I want to know y0ur thoughts.
